I’m thinking about putting an in-ground swimming pool in my yard. What type of requirements does my insurance company have to provide coverage under my homeowners policy?

You will need to have a six-foot fence with a locking gate. You can’t have a slide or a diving board (these are extremely hazardous), and they will also need a photo and completed questionnaire. We will assist you with these items.
