I have a cleaning lady that comes once a week. Do I need special coverage?

This is a tricky one. If your cleaning person works for several different people in addition to you, they would be an independent contractor and not subject to Workers Compensation laws. If a cleaning person lives with you or works only for you, you will probably need Workers Compensation coverage.
